I read this book in conjunction with How to Conquer you fears also by Krisit, and I have to say reading both together was a great starting point for me.
At the moment I am struggling with self doubt and self confidence, but this book has given me the tools to help identity my worry traps and tips to overcome them.

I am  curretly in CBT and this book will be a great asset for my sessions in helping me. Kristi’s books, what I have read so far, are clear and concise and easy to understand, not only that it is jammed packed with tips, tools and exercises to see you though.

Like other books in this genre this is not a book you will read and out down, you will use this everyday if you wish, until you reach your goal. It is one that you will revisit many times.
